I got these horses from my local Ace hardware and they are made in the U.S.A. by the Fulton Corportation. There are probably other companies that make the same 20 gauge design. There are similar versions that are of a thinner gauge steel that are also good. They are lighter weight and have a lower profile when folded up but they are not as strong or sturdy as the 20 gauge version. Home depot carries this lighter duty type (HDX brand).
