Начинка:
1 кг. Сыра «Брынза»
2 яйца
2 ст. л. Муки
*+ 1 яйцо для смазывания
**Печь при 200 градусах | 25-30 минут (зависит от духовки)

2-3 tbsp. l. Vegetable oil (+ 1 tbsp. To lubricate the dough and bowl)
A pinch of salt
Filling:
1 kg. Cheese "Brynza"
2 eggs
2 tbsp. l. Flour
* + 1 egg for lubrication
** The oven at 200 degrees | 25-30 minutes (depending on the oven)
