After Theri, Atlee is again doing a film with Vijay for Thenandal Studios tiled Mersal. Mersal is high budget film with Vijay reportedly playing three characters in the film. The film has long list of A-liner actors like S.J.Suryah, Samantha, Kajal Agarwal, Nithya Menon, Vadivel etc . The music is handled by AR Rahman.
