Receta para preparar 12 cupcakes de para el día de la madre. Por Paola Casanave de Miss Cupcakes.
Masa
1/2 taza de mantequilla con sal al tiempo
1 taza de azúcar blanca
2 huevos
2 cdtas. de vainilla
1 taza y media de harina
2 cdtas. y media de polvo de hornear
1/2 taza de leche evaporada (puede ser descremada)
12 chocolates para rellenar el cupcake.
Merengue
1/2 taza de Azucar
2 claras de huevo
1/4 de cdta. cremor tartaro
1/2 cdta. de vainilla (puede ser vainilla transparente)
