Exercises For Back Pain Relief (AT-HOME ROUTINE!)

If you're struggling from back pain and can't figure out why, try these exercises out and hopefully it helps loosen up muscles that you didn't even know were sore!
Start out with thoracic spine mobility. Do 3 sets of 30 seconds to each side.
Then start working on the psoas with a deep stretch. Do 3 sets of 30 seconds to each side.
Then move on to foam rolling and start with the TFL. Find your tender spots and sit on them deep.
After TFL, start foam rolling your quads.. and make sure you get all four muscles and again, find the tender spots and break up those tissues.
Then, my favorite, a quad/psoas stretch. Do this for 3-4 sets, for 1-2 minutes each side.
Then last, finish it up with some diaphragmatic breathing exercises.
