Dessert: Mom's Pryaniki Cookies - Natashas Kitchen
This is my mom's classic Russian/Ukrainian cookie recipe—healthier with no butter, margarine, or shortening! The peppermint-infused glaze makes them uniquely scrumptious.

Tea Cookies Ingredients:
►2 large egg yolks (reserve whites for the frosting)
►2 cups of sugar
►1 lb (2 cups) sour cream
►1 teaspoon baking soda
►½ teaspoon white vinegar
►½ teaspoon salt
►1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
►5 cups all-purpose flour
Mint Glaze Ingredients:
►2 large egg whites
►2 cups powdered sugar (confectioners sugar)
►1 tsp pure peppermint extract
►1 tsp lemon juice
