Ingredientes:
- 1 diente ajo
- 1 chile serrano
- Cebolla
- Sal
- Ajo en polvo
- Pimienta en polvo
- Aceite
- 1/3 taza pepita de calabaza
- Cilantro
- Lechuga
- 3 tomates o tomatillos
- chile poblano
- Epazote o paico
- 1/2 kg. maíz para pozole
- 200 g. setas u orellanas
