Картофель 3 шт.
Морковь 2 шт.
Цветная капуста 1 кочан
Лук 1/2 шт.
Лисички свежие 125 г.
Масло для жарки
Зелень
Картофель обжариваем на сковороде до появления румяной корочки, отдельно обжариваем морковь и лук. Обжариваем лисички с луком. Укладываем все слоями в горшочки и ставим в холодный духовой шкаф. Готовим 50 мин. при температуре 190*С. #рецепты
